Role Overview:

The Director of Community Outreach will be responsible for marketing and promoting Senior Move Masters' services to retirement communities, senior centers, healthcare professionals, and other relevant audiences . This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who enjoys networking, educating, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage retirement communities and senior organizations.

Build and maintain relationships with community partners, social workers, senior living advisors, and healthcare professionals.

Attend and represent Senior Move Masters at networking events, senior expos, and industry conferences.

Conduct presentations and informational sessions for potential clients and their families.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and social media campaigns.

Track outreach efforts and measure effectiveness through reports and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or business development (preferably in senior services, healthcare, or real estate).

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Excellent communication and public speaking skills for presentations and events.

Passion for helping older adults and understanding their relocation needs.

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media marketing (a plus).

Reliable transportation for travel within San Diego County.
