Our client, a major Oil & Gas company is seeking a Admin & SAP Support Specialist to work within their facilities located in Houston, TX for a 12-month contract (possible to extend).

OVERVIEW: This role provides administrative and technical support to the Inspection Unit, assisting with operations, reporting, and database management. The specialist will work under general direction to complete tasks independently, supporting short- and long-term business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and statistical analyses.
2. Execute SAP transactions and use company systems for data entry and retrieval.
3. Manage databases, service entry sheets, and vendor documentation requests.
4. Audit invoices, review contracts, and monitor contractor performance.
5. Coordinate report preparation and conduct special studies.
6. Assist with inspection requirements, work orders, and documentation management.
7. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts on technical support and agency KPIs.
8. Handle confidential and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field; or 10 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and statistical/financial tools.
4. Knowledge of SAP and other enterprise systems preferred.
5. Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
6. May require travel to meetings and vendor offices in Houston and North America.
