Description Master Scheduler Are you a master at juggling schedules, coordinating teams, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork? What You'll Do - Schedule Maestro : Develop, publish, and maintain the Master Production Schedule, balancing inventory, resources, and capacity.
- Liaison Extraordinaire : Act as the go-to link between Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Development, and Program Management.
- Sales Supporter : Assist Program Management in scheduling sales orders and supporting customer requirements.
- Schedule Revamper : Revise production schedules based on updated capacity or materials info.
- Change Champion : Participate in Change Control Board (CCB) activities, ensuring engineering changes align with production plans.
- Forecasting Guru : Participate in forecasting and planning meetings with Business Development and Finance.
- Strategist : Develop strategies with the operations team for capacity and equipment utilization.
- Analyzer : Document key information for analysis, including downtime, peak production, inventory, and scheduling accuracy.
- Problem Solver : Monitor material flow, identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Reporter : Generate and review reports on production line capacity, material clearance, production status, and on-time delivery.

- Knowledgeable : Understanding of general accounting, production assembly procedures, material and capacity planning, and forecasting.
- Enterprise Systems Whiz : Intermediate to expert level knowledge with enterprise systems and databases, INFOR preferred.
- Results-Driven : Focused on consistent improvement in cycle times, on-time delivery, and inventory turns.
Education & Experience - Degree : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field required.
- Experience : 5-10 years in manufacturing with at least 5 years in Production Planning functions.
- Leadership : Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Certification : APICS certification preferred.
- Industry : Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, automotive, aerospace) is a plus.
- Adaptable : Able to handle changing requirements from customers and materials supply and provide recovery plans.
- ERP Expert : Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to plan within an ERP environment.
