Responsibilities:

• Tracking drivers to update customer delivery times
• Sorting paperwork via customer.
• Entering orders into new TMS system
• Setting delivery appointments through different customer scheduling portals
• Processing orders all the way through to billing
• Managing scheduling and tracking of all 3rd party loads

Benefits:

• Pay rate is $15.00 - $15.00/HR

Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience
• Ability to work without frequent oversight (after training)
• Working with computer systems (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Complete a background check.
• Proficient in Excel
• Basic computer knowledge
• Be a self-starter
• Eager to learn
• Good organizational skills
• Added Bonus -
• Knowledge of Import/Export Freight through shipping Ports
• Knowledge of Brokerage operations

The pay range outlined herein is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
