Job Title: Research TechnicianJob Description
Research technicians support key R&D programs including Carbon Capture and Sustainability. Responsibilities include testing with analytical equipment and applications in the area of precipitated silica. You will conduct scientific experiments, including some synthesis of silicas and functionalized materials, and carry out a range of research activities to support projects or fulfill role-specific requirements. Conduct scientific experiments and tests, contributing to the translation of results into practical applications. Extract and combine data to generate standard reports. Develop testing standards and procedures under the direction of professional colleagues. Produce accurate reports by collecting data from various standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
