What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Digital Transformation to lead the company’s IT, Enterprise Applications, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, and AI-driven modernization efforts. This leader will drive innovation and efficiency by transforming how employees, customers, and partners leverage technology to improve productivity, decision-making, and overall business performance.

  • Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with LogicMonitor’s business objectives, focusing on AI adoption and automation.
  • Lead the modernization of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and business intelligence to drive operational excellence and business insights.
  • Serve as a thought leader in AI adoption, guiding how AI-driven tools enhance employee productivity and business processes.
  • Partner with senior executives and department leaders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and customer experience.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to reduce IT complexity, optimize costs, and enhance business performance.
  • IT, Enterprise Applications & Business Intelligence
  • Oversee IT strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, enterprise systems, and cloud migration to ensure a secure and scalable technology foundation.
  • Lead the Enterprise Applications team in managing and optimizing core business platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other mission-critical applications).
  • Drive improvements in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights and predictive analytics.
  • Enhance integration and automation across systems to streamline business processes and reduce manual workloads.
  • Develop a data strategy that improves decision-making, fosters innovation, and creates a competitive advantage.
  • Champion AI-enabled tools to enhance collaboration, automate workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that AI and data-driven initiatives align with compliance, privacy, and ethical AI guidelines.
  • Lead the digital enablement of Professional Services, ensuring technology supports service delivery, automation, and customer success.
  • Partner with HR and Learning & Development to drive AI literacy and digital upskilling across LogicMonitor.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across IT, Enterprise Applications, BI, and Data Strategy.
  • Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning, ensuring the team remains ahead of technology trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, enterprise applications, or related fields
  • Proven track record of leading AI-driven business transformation and implementing cutting-edge technologies
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.), data strategy, and cloud platforms
  • Experience optimizing enterprise applications and business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making
  • Professional Services leadership experience, including technology enablement, automation, and analytics for service delivery
  • Deep understanding of AI, automation, and analytics in a corporate environment
  • Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive complex technology projects on time and within budget while ensuring high user adoption
