Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This in-office position supports various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.

About the job:

  • In-office 5 days a week with flexibility for 2 remote days a month
  • Compensation Range of $65K - $70K per year
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling
  • Handle job descriptions, offer letters, background checks, and internships
  • Maintain employee records and update policies
  • Onboard new employees in the HR system
  • Administer benefits plans and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with payroll providers for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR documents
  • Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries
  • Support salary analysis, year-end reporting, and audits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ADP experience is a plus
