POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine is currently seeking an Application Administrator II to join our team of professionals.
Duties include:
- Provides support and troubleshooting for academic and enterprise applications (includes SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, TEAMS, MS Forms, Qualtrics, Board Effect).
- Handles the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications and their dependent platforms; collaborates with consultants and vendors for advanced troubleshooting.
- Ensures that technology, system configurations, and the integration of hardware and software applications align with the needs of the College of Medicine.
- Manages, configures, and maintains SharePoint and Teams sites for HWCOM both on-premises and on the Office 365 platform.
- Collaborates with consultants to integrate new technology into existing applications and systems; conducts testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Support the integration of HWCOM IT procedures and guidelines into project processes.
- Creates documentation for the setup, configuration, workflow, and usage of applications.
- Assesses emerging products, technologies, and systems.
- Serves as a liaison between HWCOM and University Campus wide subject matter experts and troubleshooting efforts.
- Assists in implementing HWCOM IT procedures and guidelines.
- Works off hours as needed to maintain applications uptime and operational continuity.
- Creates, tests, and implements forms/workflows to streamline processes; works with units to understand workflows and processes, guiding the design of form development.
- Oversee multiple projects and deliver executable outputs promptly.
- Investigates and establishes an online production environment to manage new automation processes, data management, and low-code application development.
- Uses new Cloud technology to enhance form and data reliability (Microsoft Data Verse, Workflow Process Mining).
- Implements innovative scripting methods to streamline backend SharePoint operations.
- Migrates and Rebuild Forms to the Microsoft Cloud (Student forms, Faculty and Staff forms, Audit forms).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a technology related field with two (2) years of experience in systems administration; OR six (6) years of experience in systems administration.

$60,000 - $62,000
