Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate generalist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, be a team player, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions and contribute to the growth and success of their firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • M&A Execution: Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and insights to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers, analysts, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of transactions and deliver high-quality service to clients.
