About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical to lead and oversee clinical operations within a designated geographic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and the professional development of clinical staff. This leadership role involves providing mentorship and training to Directors of Nursing and Clinical Managers, promoting employee engagement and retention, and evaluating performance to provide coaching and development plans. The Vice President of Clinical will also be tasked with standardizing clinical processes, developing and reviewing policies to maintain compliance, and overseeing the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Clinical include managing competency and training programs, identifying clinical and quality metric trends, and implementing corrective actions. The role requires collaboration with leadership to drive operational excellence, employee engagement, and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, be adept at managing plans of correction, and have experience in conducting on-site assessments. Additionally, the Vice President of Clinical will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to align clinical and operational goals and support the development and success of new office openings. Professionalism, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential for this position.
