Job Title: Office Services Site Lead
Job Description Summary:
Cross functional position with emphasis on high level customer service in a large corporate environment for a global client. Communication, troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and ability to adapt to change are essential. Position will require frequent interaction and collaboration with executive administrative assistants. Position has three direct reports. Responsible for approving timesheets, PTO, delegation of duties as assigned, employee oversight and employee performance, and some skill development. Aids staff in all service lines in addition to primary role. Sort by station and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and copy projects. Receive and deliver all incoming packages (i.e. FedEx, UPS, Airborne, USPS, etc) using firm’s scanning and delivery software. Basic understanding of billing/invoicing. Must adhere to all client COVID-19 related protocols. Proper procedures will be set and updated, when necessary, and adhered to at all times.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing schedules
- Development and enhancement of work processes
- Coordinating and leading team meetings
- Project coordination with client
- Training teammates on processes and applications
- Aid local facilities coordinator with prompt reporting of maintenance, repair and service needs
- Help keep inventory of all supplies in mail areas
- Assist and notify end users of mail and shipping procedures (i.e. bulk mailings, international shipping, etc.)
- Maintain daily logs and stat information for tracking and reporting purposes
- Audit and update mail lists of Albemarle employees
- Aid team members where needed to ensure tasks, coverage and deadlines are met
- Must maintain positive customer relations
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Associate’s Degree Preferred
- Copier/fax/FedEx/postage machine knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Utilization of various software systems to manage service requests, seat assignments and mail delivery
- Prior experience with employee/team supervision

- Outstanding punctuality/attendance record
- Excellent driving record
