Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced

Accounting Manager

to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong knowledge of

general accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls

to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.

Oversee

general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes .

Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Ensure compliance with

GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls .

Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with

department heads and senior leadership

to support financial planning and decision-making.

Supervise and mentor accounting team members to enhance overall financial performance.

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

2+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Strong background in

financial reporting, general accounting, and internal controls .

Proficiency in

ERP systems

and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
