About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Accounting Manager

to oversee office operations while managing essential financial functions, including accounts payable ,

accounts receivable ,

and general bookkeeping. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and financial accuracy within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

Maintain office efficiency by organizing procedures, coordinating office activities, and managing supplies. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management. Support HR functions, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee engagement initiatives. Oversee administrative staff, if applicable, and ensure smooth internal communication.

Accounting & Financial Oversight

Manage

accounts payable and accounts receivable , ensuring timely payments and collections. Process invoices, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with

budget preparation

and financial reporting. Work closely with external accountants or finance teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Monitor expense reports and maintain financial documentation for audits.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management and accounting-related tasks. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Understanding of basic financial principles and bookkeeping. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Construction, or related field (Engineering) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
