to oversee payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, and financial reporting.

What You'll Do

?

Payroll & Accounts Payable

- Process bi-weekly payroll and manage employee expense reports. ?

Financial Oversight

- Oversee account reconciliations, vendor payments, journal entries, and contract tracking. ?

Budgeting & Audits

- Assist in creating annual budgets, cash flow projections, and audit preparations. ?

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure financial processes align with state and federal standards. ?

Property & Insurance Management

- Maintain compliance with contracts and insurance policies.

What You Bring

?

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business ?

3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience

(nonprofit experience a plus) ?

Proficiency in Excel & accounting software (Abila MIP preferred) ?

Strong organizational skills & ability to juggle multiple deadlines ?

A passion for mission-driven work and financial stewardship
