Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: Allocate all A/P vendor invoices to appropriate funding sources. Oversee all accounting tasks for various funded programs. Ensure compliance with funding requirements and financial regulations. Support the Controller in the preparation and review of invoices. Verify and process invoices to ensure 100% reimbursement. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist in audits and financial reporting as needed. Qualifications of the Senior Accountant: 3-6+ years of full cycle accounting experience Nonprofit or grant accounting experience highly preferred Netsuite experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
