About the Role

As a

Manufacturing Specialist , you will lead efforts to implement Lean principles across production areas, working collaboratively with teams to reduce waste, improve workflows, and optimize overall efficiency. This role is instrumental in driving change and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices across production areas. Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping, and workshops to identify and eliminate inefficiencies. Implement Lean tools, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Visual Management. Analyze workflows and production data to identify opportunities for improvement. Train and mentor employees on Lean concepts, tools, and techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance value streams and resolve operational challenges. Partner with leadership to embed Lean principles into strategic decisions. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives. Ensure all activities comply with workplace safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience:

3+ years in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement. Proven success in implementing Lean Manufacturing practices with measurable results.

Skills:

Expertise in Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kanban, Kaizen) and data analysis. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and ERP systems is a plus.
