We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Tech.As a Supply Chain Tech at MercyOne, you will be responsible for all aspects included in standard work form #3000, servicing Blue Bin technology nodes, #3001 Blue Bin Stage operations #3002, filling Blue Bin supply order art of bin fill and Milk Run standard work. And are responsible for ensuring the node area is neat, tidy, stocked and fully functioning and work with and support Blue Bin stage operations team and support strider teamCounts and fills linen requisitions using proper technology and process.Completes and follow Kanban standard work for operating procedures #3000 Replenishing Blue bin technology, #3001 Blue bin Stage operation, and #3002 The art of filling blue bins.Follows the empty Blue Bin returns process by pulling away all returns to original locations. Demonstrates an understanding of how stage operation works and the Supply Tech 1 role in that operation.Demonstrates teamwork/cooperation in providing services to direct/indirect customers. Keeps Supervisor and team leads informed of pertinent information related to job duties and the completion of scheduled work, pulling the Andon when assistance is required.Fosters an environment of PDCA in their daily work activities. Support of PEX activities and lean training.Meets productivity /work standards while demonstrating competency in job skills and knowledge by completing scheduled work in allotted timeframe.Schedule:Days7a-3:30p Monday-Friday.General Requirements:Must have a general working knowledge of computers and department specific software.Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, advanced analytical skills, be well organized and maintain a highly professional manner and appearance.Strong interpersonal, consultative and relationship building skills to initiate and develop productive collaborative partnership with all levels of leadership across the organization. Ability to effectively influence results, garner support and tactfully manage complex relationships within and across the organization. Extremely high level of diplomacy and tact are required.
