About the Team
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Global Business Solutions (GBS) HR team. The GBS organization is vital to TikTok's revenue growth, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Partnerships.
The GBS Talent Acquisition team operates globally, hiring strategic roles to support revenue growth. You will lead hiring efforts across APAC, collaborating with teams like Monetization Strategy and Business Marketing. This role involves optimizing hiring strategies and fostering cross-region initiatives. Our hybrid work model requires office presence 4 days a week, subject to change.
Specific Responsibilities - Collaborate with various business units and leaders to align sourcing and hiring strategies with GBS goals.
- Assess talent needs with business leaders, advising on effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize techniques to attract top talent.
- Effectively screen and select candidates, ensuring cultural fit with TikTok.
- Manage multiple complex headcount plans across markets, ensuring quality execution.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience, overseeing the process from application to offer.
- Represent APAC in a Global TA team, providing regional thought leadership and optimizing processes.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve standard operating procedures.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
- Experience managing high volume roles and stakeholders across functions.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and technologies, including ATS and CRM platforms.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience hiring in sales, marketing, operations, and analytical roles.
- Cross-functional and regional work experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing multi-market headcount plans strategically.
- Expertise in APAC talent markets and sources.
- Ability to influence and work with diverse stakeholders on multiple initiatives.
