Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr
My client, a leading Top 20 ENR listed General Contractor, is in search of a Senior Project Manager with experience in building ground-up Mission Critical facilities over $100m plus. You will be working with a global tech client and ensuring that all customer demands are met through these challenging projects. The campus is at the beginning of the build and will hold enough work for at least 7 years.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action that considers a fixed timeline and evaluates risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Due to the urgency of the requirement, my client will consider travelers who will work on a rotational/per diem basis.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the completion of the project
- Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a construction-related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Strong tenure illustrated in your career
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Experience working with a team
