We are seeking experienced Principal Systems Engineers to join our Jet Engine/Turbofan Propulsion Project Engineering team. This role involves leading and executing complex turbofan engine design and aircraft integration projects. We are looking for professionals with strong project and program management skills who can effectively collaborate with aircraft OEMs, customers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, estimate, baseline, and execute complex turbofan engine design and aircraft integration projects.
• Work closely with aircraft OEMs, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Lead and manage project teams to deliver results on time and within scope.
• Utilize program management tools such as EVMS, Cost Account Management, Jira/Agile tools, and requirements-based systems engineering .

Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years of experience in engine design, turbofan or fan module design, engine module leadership, aircraft integration, or propulsion engine certification and testing .
• Strong program management expertise with experience in EVMS, Cost Account Management, Jira/Agile tools, and requirements-based systems engineering .
• Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with aircraft OEMs and industry stakeholders.
