Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
2. Assume a leadership role in developing ideas and recommendations that align with business objectives, including performing periodic reviews of the competitive landscape.
3. Continuously identify areas of improvement on the websites.
4. Assist with developing project proposals.
5. Facilitate business requirements meetings and communication with users and technical associates.
6. Provide support through all stages of the application development lifecycle, including communicating and clarifying requirements, facilitating testing, and providing feedback and guidance to the technical team as a functional lead.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years Business Analysis or Systems Analysis using a development methodology.
2. Minimum of 3 years Project Management and Implementation experience with web-based solutions, B2C, and Internet application development (desired).
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience with the Automotive industry preferred.
4. Experience working in a consulting services organization preferred.
5. Experience in developing consumer-facing websites, particularly product, marketing, and/or e-commerce websites.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and customer focus.
8. Ability to communicate ideas and information in a manner appropriate to different audiences and levels in the organization.
9. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development, business process analysis and design, process modeling, use case development, etc. Experience with information modeling desirable.
10. Ability to document and translate business requirements in technical terms to the IT team.
11. Must have strong problem-solving skills and customer focus, needs to be able to analyze, understand, and create linkages between business challenges and IT solutions.
12. Familiarity with information architecture and user experience principles.
13. Deep understanding of tying business value to process and process to technology solutions.
14. Experience with the full development life cycle.
