Job Summary :
As a Receiving Coordinator (Receiver and Material Handler), you are expected to drive forklift and maintain necessary certification, and route or deliver materials to correct storage or manufacturing locations.
Minimum Qualifications :
No minimum education required
2+ years shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Proficiency in loading all trailers, flat beds, and vans
Preferred Qualifications:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive forklift and maintain necessary certification
Route or deliver materials to correct storage or manufacturing locations
Perform shipping/receiving function with regards to material handling; utilize loading dock equipment to ensure a safe loading and unloading process is completed
Check goods received to purchase orders or receiving slips, maintain records, and prepare receiving reports
Check quantity, type, size, part numbers, dimensions, etc. to properly identify materials
Responsible for labeling, storing, and inventorying items
Process warranty items such as entering Returned Goods Authorizations into database
Work with Purchasing and Inventory Control to facilitate accurate inventory levels and necessary adjustments
Operate cranes and hoists
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules

The pay range for this position is ($19.90-$30.37 ); base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
