Job Description

***Only qualified Data Project Manager candidates located near the New York, NY area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Qualification/Skills:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented

• Inquisitive, asks questions

• Organized

• Excellent communication skills

• Understand the mechanics of a project plan to highlight knock-on impacts of changes

Nice to have a Qualification/Skills:

• Experience on regulatory programs a plus

• Markets knowledge (e.g., risk and controls, trade lifecycle, products, etc.) a plus

• Knowledge of the Volcker Quantitative Metrics a plus

Markets Transformation is working on the remediation related to the Consent Order. The PM/PMO is expected to provide project management support for the program.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and maintain project plans, track tasks and commitments

• Prepare status reports

• Maintain risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions

• Track documents, schedule meetings, document minutes of meetings

• Assist in submitting updates as needed to meet reporting requirements

• Issue identification and resolution

• Risk identification and resolution

• Dependency identification and tracking

• Plan and facilitate working group meetings
