Quality Control Laboratory Technician
Job Description
Perform chemistry lab testing on batches, raw materials, etc. on a daily basis. Conduct environmental monitoring before production runs. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment. Document all laboratory data and results. Work with production personnel to adjust batches to the correct specifications. Fill out all quality information for audits, COA's, etc. to ensure compliance on all chemical products. Assist with internal audits as needed. Update and maintain all quality documentation and the quality data systems such as the ERP.
***Shift will be 12pm-830pm M-F (must be willing to train on 1st shift)

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Burlington, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
Working in the lab about 50% of the day and the quality office about 45-50% of the day with some time out on the floor collecting samples and assisting production personnel to correct batches or get information. Train on 1st shift, Monday through Friday for about a month or two. Once trained, move to 2nd shift hours, which is 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work with the Quality Manager and one other person along with production personnel or other QA people as needed. Will interact with customers from time to time to get them information or samples they need.
