Shifts Available (Monday-Friday): 8am-5:30pm

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments. The role involves preparing items for shipment, assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or materials.
Responsibilities - Compare identifying information with counts, weights, or other measurements of outgoing shipments to verify quantities against bills of lading, invoices, or orders.
- Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped.
- Generate shipping labels for shipments.
- Calculate shipping rates for foreign orders.
- Calculate, pack, and weigh orders.
- Deliver or route materials to departments using hand trucks, conveyors, or sorting bins.
- Load shipments to carriers.
- Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping using hand tools, power tools, or postage meters.
- Determine methods of shipping by utilizing knowledge of procedures.
Essential Skills - Experience in shipping and receiving processes.
- Proficiency in packaging, packing, and picking orders.
- Material handling and inventory management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
