Marketing & Advertising Associate Responsibilities:

2. Leveraging conversation and in-person social interaction to improve acquisition and retention, enhance brand loyalty, and increase sales and revenue for our clients. Our team is dedicated to creating a consultative sales process designed around solutions, not persuasion.

Marketing & Advertising Associate Qualifications:

1. Customer service, marketing, or sales experience – retail, restaurant, or hospitality, CSR experience included.
2. Ability to remain highly motivated in a customer service and sales environment.
3. Creative thinker and problem solver.
4. Highly energetic with motivation to appreciate customers and other team members.
5. Multi-task oriented.
6. Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
