10+ years of relevant experience with BW on HANA, Native HANA, and CDS Views (Embedded analytics) is mandatory.

1. Extensive experience on HANA modelling:
   1. Experience on LSA++ Architecture in HANA modelling.
   2. HANA model migration.
   3. Integration with BW.
2. BW/HANA/DataSphere modelling:
   1. Extraction of data based on CDS Views, oDATA, SLT, and BW extractors.
   2. OPD Data extraction.
   3. Modelling in Eclipse IDE.
   4. Very good experience in transformation routines, BADI, BAPI, and Functional modules (ABAP).
   5. Excellent debugging skills in ABAP.
3. HANA SQL troubleshooting:
   1. Good experience on HANA SQL.
   2. Debugging stored procedures.
   3. Creating and troubleshooting AMDP.
4. Troubleshooting performance issues in HANA database:
   1. Analysis of server log files.
   2. Analyse performance trace.
   3. HANA performance optimisation.
5. Reporting:
   1. Experience in BEx Query Designer, Customer Exits Variables, Roles & Authorization.
6. SLT landscape replication:
   1. Detailed knowledge of SLT architecture.
   2. Troubleshoot replication issues.
   3. Performance optimisation techniques in SLT.

• Develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
• Provide technical guidance/solutions; define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
• Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
