Responsibilities

Sentinel is looking for a Microsoft Voice Engineer to assist our client. The ideal candidate will help support a Microsoft collaboration roll out. They will be covering support tickets, including routing tickets to the cloud support services and physically fixing errors on end-user devices. This person will be traveling to local locations. This is an 8 week contract reporting to our client location in Downers Grove, IL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with troubleshooting Genesys and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to troubleshoot end user devices
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range

$50.00 an hour - $60.00 an hour
