Hazen and Sawyer is seeking an Engineer/Project Manager for the planning, design and construction administration for a variety of water/wastewater assignments in its Jacksonville office. The preferred candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in delivering water and wastewater projects for municipal clients. Must have experience in design of water or wastewater facilities and/or conveyance with strong knowledge and background of treatment equipment and pumping systems. Candidate should be capable of supervising junior staff and managing projects, must possess excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be capable of interacting effectively with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies. Candidate shall also be able to support/lead business development activities including preparation of proposals and presentations. Must be proficient in all computer software typically used (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.). CADD and other software (e.g., GIS, etc.) skills will be considered a plus.

Education requirements include:

• B.S. Degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• M.S. Degree is a plus.
• Must be a PE in Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months.
