Your role in our mission

Strengthen the quality and smooth running of important projects as we create innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions for our company and clients.

1. Lead one or more medium-sized Security projects or oversee smaller aspects of a larger technological program as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
2. Communicate with the client, company, and project team leadership, measuring project metrics and recommending program changes as needed.
3. Create and drive the quality of project deliverables across all phases of the program by creating objectives, schedules, program definitions, budgets, and status reporting.
4. Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions.

What we're looking for

1. 6 years or more experience managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives through a full project management life cycle, with 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.
2. Expertise with project management methodology such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum (SCM), and Waterfall or Agile practices.
3. Can clearly communicate project priorities.
4. Understanding of Security tools like Splunk, Tripwire, etc.
5. Understanding of System Security Plans, Network & Boundary diagrams, and MARS-E standards.
6. Creative problem-solver who thrives on defining structure from ambiguity.

2. Remote position.
3. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
