About our Solutions Engineer role:
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role designed to ensure the success of our pre-sales motion as we deploy Mintlify at scale.
You'll be building out custom components, answering product questions, and communicating customer feedback to the rest of the team. This role works cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and our CEO.
Solutions Engineer requirements:
- You've been a sales engineer, software engineer, or have worked in customer success - you need to have worked directly with customers previously.
- You've worked with the usual suspects (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
- You're comfortable with prompt engineering and have experience with AI/ML applications.
- You have an eye for design and a knack for the details - we help customers transform their current docs experience into an enjoyable content management platform.
