Requirements / Preferred Skills:

1. Solution Implementation: Design and implement high-quality, business-enhancing solutions.
2. Coding Standards: Adhere to coding standards and best practices, especially within Laravel.
3. Debugging & Testing: Troubleshoot, debug, and rigorously test applications.
4. Emergency Support: Be available for on-call or emergencies when necessary.
5. Team Support: Mentor and support team members.
6. Security Focus: Implement robust security measures and data protection strategies.
7. Optimization: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and flexibility.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
9. Agile Participation: Engage actively in meetings and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

Additional Skills:

1. Development Tools: Proficient with Git, Postman, VS Code/Cursor, AI-assisted development.
2. Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Datadog and AWS CloudWatch (or similar tools like Prometheus and Grafana).
3. Project Ownership: Take complete ownership of backend projects, managing them from conception through deployment to ensure they meet business objectives and deadlines.
