Base Pay Range

$50.00/hr - $78.00/hr

Title: Veeva Clinical Scrum Master
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 2 month contract to start, extending to 3/2026
Compensation: $50-78 per hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Core PM Responsibilities

• Effectively manage schedule, resources, and spend
• Ability to manage Monthly Budgets reporting effectively (IT Budget management)
• Ability to work with Internal teams (IT and Business) and external vendors for effective resource management
• Liase between various stakeholders and groups of teams (Internal stakeholders + Vendor Teams)
• Knowledge of Pharma, SDLC knowledge
• MoM (Crucial Strategy meetings with stakeholders & Vendors, etc.)
• Prepare and Participate: Presentations (Steering Committee, Strategy, Roadmaps, Leadership Status updates, etc.)

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Manager/IT-Lead on a weekly/Daily basis to keep the progress in check and strategize future steps.
• Strong Agile Methodology and Scrum Framework knowledge
• Conducting/participating in Scrum ceremonies including effective run and facilitation of standups, sprint reviews, and meeting cadence
• Support Product Manager with sprint planning
• Manage and orchestrate team participation and drive in Backlog Refinement
• Strong Documentation Skills for Agile reporting (Sprint Report, Tracking velocity, Dashboards etc.) and Agile Project Planning (Ability to hold cross functional teams accountable to the deliverables)
