In this position you will be responsible for providing application and technical support to design and collaborate with designers/engine personnel including investigating CAD user problems and determining and providing solutions.

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of CAD application configurations, these applications may include but are not limited to:
- Autodesk AutoCAD
- Autodesk Inventor
- Autodesk Plant 3D
- Bentley MicroStation
- Bentley Open Building Designer
- Direct support and troubleshooting to project teams on the various CAD/engineering applications.
- Workspace configurations.
- Knowledge of VBA or some level of scripting knowledge/or LISP is a plus.
- Maintaining applications, this includes working with deployment teams to implement updates via SCCM.
- Knowledge of deployment tools is a plus.
- Collaborate with endpoint administration and system administration groups to provide kiosk computer workstations, this may include physical desktop and virtual desktop implementations.
- Occasional travel may be required to other company office locations or to attend conferences.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years related experience with an associate degree.
- Strong knowledge of CAD design software.
- Strong working knowledge of desktop operating systems, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
- Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting of general applications, and CAD and Engineering applications.
- Knowledge of VBA or some level of scripting knowledge/or LISP is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Organize tasks and establish guidelines.
- Self-motivated, capable of multitasking and able to work well in a team environment.
