Our client is seeking an experienced mid-senior level associate to join their Labor & Employment practice group in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have four or more years of experience in employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions, and must be familiar with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery. This role offers a path to partnership and the opportunity to lead a diverse, supportive team within a friendly office environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing and analytical skills, experience managing multiple cases, and the ability to serve as the point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff. Deposition and courtroom experience are required, and employment advice and counseling experience is desired. Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and a license to practice in California are essential.
