Title: Payroll Specialist

Rate/Salary: Pay $33-38 $70,000 - $80,000

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of payroll processing experience
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Paycom/Paylocity and Excel (advanced functions).
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal communication.
- Education: BA/BS in Finance or Accounting preferred, or minimum 3 years industry experience
- Industry: Non-profit highly preferred
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and timely.
- Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and provide insights on labor costs.
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee benefits and deductions.
- Conduct audits of payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll system upgrades or changes.
