We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Relationship Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about nurturing and managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing relationships effectively. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the company's relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continuous business growth. 2. Collaborating with various departments to understand and address clients' needs promptly and effectively. 3. Developing strategies to improve overall client satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Conducting regular client meetings to discuss their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. 5. Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 6. Providing regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and financial status. 7. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase revenue. 8. Creating and presenting financial reports to clients and senior management. 9. Training and mentoring junior staff to improve their understanding of client relationship management. 10. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in accounting and finance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the accounting and finance industry. 3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. 4. Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles and practices. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client issues effectively. 6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
