Job Details

We are seeking a Collections Lending Manager in Reston, VA (onsite for 6mths then moves to Hybrid) to directs and coordinates all collection activities within the Credit Union, ensuring compliance with Credit Union policies.

Qualifications Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university required, or 1+years of additional collections experience required in lieu of a degree 1-5 years lending or collections experience in consumer, direct and indirect auto loans, credit card and mortgages required Experience in a call center environment beneficial Any experience with Debtor/Creditor Collection Law, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, pertaining to the collection of consumer debts Demonstrate ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and to provide accurate information Intermediate to advanced operational knowledge of general office and PC equipment and the use of automated collection software required Any experience with Symitar is a plus
