Currently, hiring a Quality Manager to direct, plan, supervise, and control all aspects of plant/corporate HACCP/Food safety/QA/SQF operations.

Job Details
Responsible for evaluating the performance of the personnel in the HACCP/QA department. Work with management to coordinate food safety training. Manage outside (Supplier, customer, inspection services) audits. Work directly with USDA officials daily to ensure all USDA requirements are met. Responsible for quality of all products of Rantoul’s production, plant storage, pre-shipment, and receiving of goods, including exports.
Qualifications: Must be HACCP certified and must have SQF or equivalent Food Safety certification. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a food processing environment. Strong understanding of food safety processes and food safety regulations. Exceptional leadership and team management skills and be able to multi-task. Strong computer skills.
