Job Details
We are seeking ServiceNow Architect. The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the implementation of ServiceNow solutions to support various business processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, and a strong background in IT service management and business process automation.
Responsibilities:
1. Designing and developing enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. 2. Leading the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM modules. 3. Developing and maintaining scripts and workflows to automate business processes. 4. Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. 5. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. 6. Providing technical guidance and support to other team members. 7. Ensuring the adherence to best practices for design and development. 8. Conducting regular system audits and preparing reports. 9. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow solutions. 10. Keeping up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and technologies.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the ServiceNow Architect position should have the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. 3. Proven experience with ServiceNow including ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM modules. 4. Strong scripting skills, particularly in JavaScript. 5. Experience with REST, SOAP, or other API integrations. 6. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred. 7. Strong understanding of IT service management and business process automation. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 10. Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
