Job Description

Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsures that all guest-facing areas are clean, tidy and well-presented.Be the face of the resort and always offer courteous and professional service for internal and external guests.Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of all grounds in line with resort procedures/expectations as assigned.Assists in all facets of resort cleaning and maintenance. This includes trash pickup, mowing and weed trimming, painting and site cleaning.Rakes, shovels, and loads material as needed relating to projects being done.Completes all required tasks associated with site check-ins and check-outs.Responds quickly and professionally to work orders assigned through Contract Services.Reports any unsafe conditions related to grounds and equipment to their manager.Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times.Required Skills/Abilities:Must have clean driver's licenseMust be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Weekend work and evenings are requiredAll other duties as assignedPhysical Requirements:Must have the ability to stand for long periods and ability to lift 50lbsCompensationUp to $20.00 Hourly DOEEmployee DiscountsLiving Our Core ValuesOur Core Values are a way of life, not just empty promises.
