Capgemini is looking for an outstanding Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and excel in delivering premier solutions to our clients. Job Responsibilities

As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will: Lead teams of junior to senior developers to produce solutions. Write flawless code using Salesforce languages including Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components. Conduct meticulous code reviews. Configure all aspects of the Salesforce platform. Leverage advanced object-oriented programming patterns for Package Development Model implementation.

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required. Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent training. 3+ years of Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Visualforce, REST, APIs, SOQL, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications. Must be willing to obtain the Salesforce Platform Developer II certification Willing to learn and support Salesforce development through the full SDLC using Agile.

Desired Qualifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Salesforce JavaScript Developer certifications. Shown communication and team-building skills.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
