Responsibilities -

• ATE setup and Testing using the tester Advantest 93k V93000 advantest Verigy 93K 93000
• Experience with Smartest 8 preferred
• Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages
• Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems
• Operating Thermostream for characterization
• Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing
• Calibration & maintenance of test equipment
• Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter
• Maintenance – Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards
