The Maintenance Manager will directly supervise personnel in general facility property and equipment, maintenance activities including installation, maintenance and repair of facility, structures, equipment, and grounds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and direct repairs of factory building and equipment.
• Coordinate preventative and proactive maintenance programs.
• Oversee installation of new equipment and building alterations
• Oversee outside contractors working on company premises.
• Support and train personnel in machine and equipment repairs.
• Maintain organized maintenance department including effective parts ordering and inventory.
• Perform other duties as required.

Work Experience:

3-5 years supervisory experience with hydraulics, electronics and pneumatics, maintenance procedures, and techniques as they relate to injection molding, auxiliary, and facility machinery.

Skills Required:

• Ability to operate a variety of technical equipment.

• Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics and drawings.
