What You’ll Do:
- Client Support – Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding policies, coverage, and claims
- Claims Assistance – Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed properly
- Policy Management – Process renewals, changes, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records
- Problem Resolution – Address client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Sales Support – Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage that fits clients' needs
- Record Keeping – Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in our system
What You’ll Bring:
- 1-3 years of prior experience with personal and commercial insurance (home, vehicle, workers comp, property, liability, crime, umbrella)*required
- Understanding of home, auto, commercial, liability, or umbrella insurance policies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Experience using CRM and insurance software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
