Job Title: Customer Support/Account Representative

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $21.99 /hour

Job Overview:

As a Client Support Service Professional, you will handle inbound calls related to various service inquiries. This position requires providing accurate and efficient responses while meeting performance goals. You will assist with account-related questions, products and services, the client website, and the mobile app. We are looking for individuals who are professional, career-driven and committed to delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries through multiple channels, offering accurate solutions for account, product, and service-related issues.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive team atmosphere and meeting performance targets.
• Adapt quickly to changing processes and contribute to an efficient and supportive customer service environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• College degree preferred
• Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
• Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to changes in the financial service industry
