Exciting Temporary Opportunity: Benefits Assistant | Global Fashion Brand | 3-Month Contract (ASAP Start)


Join a renowned global fashion brand known for its iconic denim, trend-setting apparel, and accessories! Our client is looking for a motivated Benefits Assistant to support their Compensation and Benefits team on a 3-month contract .


Position : Temporary Benefits Assistant

Company : Confidential | Major Fashion Retailer

Department : Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate : $30.00/hour

Start Date : ASAP

End Date : Approximately 3 months

Schedule : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, in-person


Required Skills :

  • PC proficiency
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook


Specific Program Knowledge/Skill Set:

  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft and ADP
  • Light data entry
  • Heavy phone communication


Job Duties:

  • Assist the Benefits department with program administration
  • Field associate inquiries via phone and email
  • Support ongoing projects and deliverables
  • Assist with health fair planning and execution
  • Help with department organization and potential relocation efforts
