The candidate will work with the accounting department & hiring center daily to welcome, register and process a high volume of data entry. The candidate must be willing to excel at customer service. The candidate will learn all the software programs, databases and platforms utilized in the safety department. The incumbent will use his/her knowledge of the specialty construction business, compliance, company policies, and company systems to assist the safety department in ensuring effective and compliant.

Experience and Training Required to Perform Job

• 2 years of experience in industrial or construction business or in customer service, preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) required. Must be able to read & write in both.
• Team player with strong ethical behavior and mindset
• Effective and professional communications, both verbal and written
• Knowledgeable and comfortable with computer systems
