Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global appliance manufacturer to recruit and hire a Full Time Field Technician (Plumbing) to lead field support for clients across the West Coast. Please note this position requires 75% travel (Monday-Friday).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Visit customer sites to repair and service water heating and plumbing systems
• Provide technical guidance to customers and technicians, both on-site and over the phone
• Compose detailed reports on system performance and issues
• Train and mentor new technicians
• Work closely with engineering teams to test and improve products
• Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Perform inspections and coordinate start-up of systems for new installation

Must have

• Ability to travel 75% of the time
• 5+ years of technical experience in water heaters/boilers/plumbing
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., gas supply, pumps, piping)
• Customer service and field support experience
• Familiarity with building systems and national/state codes
• Technical certifications preferred
