Position Overview:
The Reception Clerk is primarily responsible for maintaining the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and performing other administrative tasks.
Key areas of Responsibility:
- Answers and screens phone calls.
- Greets clients, vendors and visitors, ensuring compliance with GMPs and visitor policies.
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Files and maintains records, both paper and digital.
- Schedules and organizes meetings including luncheons.
- Orders and maintains office supply inventory.
- Organizes and maintains the reception area.
- Maintains front-end office equipment.
- Other administrative support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- High School diploma and 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative office.
- Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; including outstanding telephone etiquette and face-to-face interaction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
